Wow!!! Such incredible gratitude for being able to do what I do. The vibration is intense and the connection to the vision, to you, to the work and play of life is the clarity I have sought. Thank you all. You are some of the most brilliant blessings in my life.

There have been some astounding shifts in energy since the Solstice back in late June. July sped by on a current of JOY, complete with a Solar eclipse that kicked a lot of old patterns to the forefront so we could overwrite those worn out programs. Since the eclipse energy was in Cancer, the sign of family, that is where most of the experiences of the eclipse energy were focused and felt. From 'family' to 'FAMILY', within each group, we are shifting the patterns of inter-relationships. One human molecule at a time we are healing the soul of Humanity by what we do.
There have been quite a few people passing lately, or on the verge of passing, both in our individual families and througout the wider expanse of humanity. Many of those crossing have either completed the journey their spirits took through this phase of our evolution or they are not acclimated to the newer energy of life. In either event, we can best serve them, and ourselves, by letting go of the 'old' stuff between us. Find forgiveness in your heart, let the past rest and step into a new design for your life. This has been my lesson since the Solstice.

Music is taking on an even greater importance for me. It used to be that it was primarily the electrical components in my environment that needed blocking, but with telepathy becoming a reality in many more people, I've had to literally 'plug-in' to my iPod more and more these days.
If you're finding that no matter how much you try to meditate to relieve stress, you are only adding more stress, stop 'trying'. Plug in to musical energy that moves you into a positive field of experience. Let it literally 'move' you. Stretch, sing, sway.. what you do doesn't matter... it's the energy of movement that matters.
Our connection to the vehicles that carry us on our journey is something to always honor. Maintenance is one thing... showering, trimming, tending.... is all good, but when I want to talk to Goddess or God... Spirit...., I move in rhythm to the gifts that pour through other vehicles on a journey.

As the last of the triple eclipses nears on August 5 we have time to breath as we once again begin forward on our journey. See the spirals and flow, the waves of energy that move through your life without reacting. For this is the message received from the Beings of Love... we, as a species have moved beyond our previous limitations. We stand at a threshold... the expanse of paradise is seen and we grow brighter with Love's fire. What will carry us across the threshold is the fact that we are learning how to respond to our emotions without re-acting to them.
Powerful Humans are choosing to not allow the power of our emotions to push into actions that keep us stuck in old patterns of behavior. We are wising up....
